Well the next day Colin and I went to the train station to go to Providence, Rhode Island but me just missed our train and the next one wasn't going to be until later. It was funny because we were running to try and catch a train but they were shooting a movie with Mel Gibson that was right in the middle where we had to run through. Everyone was looking at us because they had to stop shooting just so that we could run through...and then we ended up completely missing the train anyways. So we made due with what we had and we went north to the main beaches in the Boston area and went on a romantic walk until t started raining. Then we went under a safe covering to shield ourselves from the rain only momentarily. After that we came back to his lace and cooked my Chicken Caesar Casserole for al of his roommates, followed by some party hopping with them.
The next day was a fat BBQ with the Theater Arts people Colin has worked with for a couple of years now and that I've got to meet and hang out with several times since Colin has been out here. I always like hanging out with them because they're such a different artistic group than I'm used to hanging out with but we always go out and just tear the town up. it was fun and there was a pretty cool whiffle ball game. Then I went on a double date later that night where Colin's girlfriend Sara was my date...shhhhhhhh don't tell Colin and our counterparts were these two of Colin's classmates Alex and Ross. I always enjoy hanging out with Alex because he is just hilarious. We saw Alfred Hitchcock's Vertigo. Very different than something I would normally do.
Now I'm going off to Ireland soon. This whole time it all hasn't hit me everything that I'll be doing but I think it's because most of the things I've been doing are thing's that I've always done and enjoy doing. These are all areas I've been to with people that I know and experiences that I've had. Now the part that's new and different begins and I can already feel the nerves. When I get on the plane it's going to hit me and hit me hard but I'll end up figuring it out and being just fine. As soon as I find my hostel in Dublin I know the excitement will kick in right there. Talking with Colin some this weekend helped me set my mind straight on some things so I'm not as upset about leaving things behind and really feeling more excited about what the future holds. Thanks bro. I'll write again at some point in Ireland so until then, toodles.
